We call you back to ask a few questions about the wall or slope and set up a site visit.
What should I include in my message?
Your city, roughly how tall and long the wall is or needs to be, and what's going on: a new wall, a lean, cracks or water. Photos help, and we'll ask for them when we call.
Do I need to be home for the site visit?
It helps, so you can point out the problem areas and talk through options, but it isn't required if the yard is accessible.
